非线性二次曝光法制作啁啾光纤Bragg光栅
Fabricating Chirped Fiber Bragg Gratings by Nonlinear Double-exposure
【摘要】 在利用二次曝光技术制作啁啾光纤Bragg光栅的方法中,把曝光扩大到光敏光纤感光特性曲线的非线性区,使得二次曝光法制作的啁啾光纤Bragg光栅的带宽和反射率大大提高。根据自行编写的“光纤光栅曝光设计软件”进行曝光设计,利用“分步扫描写入光纤光栅系统”进行扫描曝光控制,得到了3dB带宽0 .91nm、顶部带宽0 .6 2nm、反射率90 %的啁啾光纤Bragg光栅。对于使用的DCS -0 1型光敏光纤,二次曝光法制作的啁啾光纤光栅的最大带宽极限可达到1.82nm。
【Abstract】 In double-exposure method for fabricating chirped fiber Bragg gratings, the mul ti-decaying-exponential relationship between photo-induced index increment of photosensitive fiber and its irradiating dose was considered and our self-desig ned software calculated nonlinear doubl-exposure profiles. The chirped fiber B ragg grating was obtained by using a scanning system, in which the full-width a t half maximum (FWHM) was 0.91 nm, top width was 0.62 nm and its reflectivity go t 9 0%. In theory, the maximum bandwidth of the grating fabricated by the method with DCS-01 photosensitive fiber can attain 1.82 nm.
