【摘要】 研究了基于SiemensSimatic 30 0PLC和ET2 0 0S远程I/O站的分布式自行起吊小车电控系统的设计和实现,系统为分布式现场总线结构,主站和子站之间使用Profibus DP通信,易于设计实现和维护扩充。编程时采用模块化设计,各功能分别用FC实现,并且设计了完备的错误处理程序。系统在环境恶劣、高强度、高频度的生产过程中运行稳定高效,在起吊重量方面目前居全国首位

【Abstract】 This paper discusses and studies the design and implementation of a distributed electronic control system of automatic elevating and transporting vehicles based on Siemens Simatic 300 PLC and ET200S remote I/O station. The system’s structure is of a distributed field-bus type. The Profibus-DP is used for communication between master station and slave station. Using modularized programming method, each FC is assigned to a task. A whole emergency and alert system is developed. The system is now running steadily and efficiently under high intensity, high frequency process of production environment, and comes to the first place in elevating weight in domestic applications.
