掺Er磷硅酸盐玻璃光谱性质的研究
The Spectroscopic Properties of Er3+-doped Phosphorus-silicon-sodium-aluminum Glass
【摘要】 研究了掺铒(80-x)P2O5xSiO25Al2O315Na2O(0≤x≤30)玻璃的光谱性能,结果表明SiO2不能明显提高磷酸盐玻璃的光谱性能;选择75P2O55SiO25Al2O315Na2O玻璃组分,研究不同Er3+摩尔分数(0.5%~3%)和不同通气除水时间对光谱性质的影响。实验发现Er3+含量存在最佳值使玻璃的光谱性能最好,通气除水时间增长能明显的提高玻璃的荧光寿命。
【Abstract】 The influence of SiO2 content on the spectroscopic property of Er3+ -doped (80-x)P2O5-xSiO2-15Na2O-5Al2O3(x=0,5,10,15,20,25,30) glasses were investigated, the spectroscopic property of 75P2O5-5SiO2-5Al2O3-15Na2O glasses with different Er3+ content(0.5%~3%) and different elimination of OH-time were also discussed. It is found that SiO2 cannot notably promote the spectroscopic property of phosphate glass. There is an appropriate content of Er3+ in 75P2O5-5SiO2-5Al2O3-15Na2O glasses to get the beat result. 75P2O5-5SiO2-5Al2O3-15Na2O glasses with longer time of elimination of OH-can dramatically promote the radiation lifetime τ<sup>rad 。
