青木香挥发油的化学成分分析及抗菌活性
Chemical Composition and Antimicrobial Activity of the Essential Oil of Aristolochia debilis sieb.et Zucc.
【摘要】 采用GC-MS技术利用3种不同极性的毛细管柱分析了青木香挥发油的化学组成,确定了26种成分的化学结构与相对含量,结果表明其挥发油主要由单萜组成,其中莰烯(23.98%)、异甲酸龙脑脂(19.40%)、Selina-1,3,7(11)-trien-8-one(10.24%)和龙脑(6.82%)是主要成分.对3种真菌和1 3种细菌(包括7种临床致病菌)的药敏实验表明,挥发油对大部分微生物均具有很好的抗菌作用,尤其对革兰氏阳性菌的抗菌活性更强,其最低抑菌浓度(MIC)为0.04~0.31 g/L,最低杀菌浓度(MBC)为0.08~2.5 g/L.
【Abstract】 Essential oil of subterranean part of Aristolochia debilis sieb.et Zucc.was analyzed by GC-MS in three different polarities.The results show that twenty-six components were identified in the oil,and main compounds of both oil were camphene(23.98%),isobornyl formate(19.40%),selina-1,3,7(11)-trien-8-one(10.24%) and borneol(6.82%).The antimicrobial activity of the oil was evaluated (against) 3 fungi and 13 bacteria including 7 clinical isolated strains.Our results showed that the oil presented a broad antimicrobial spectrum,and had better antimicrobial activity against Gram-positive bacteria,the MIC values were 0.04~0.31 g/L and the MBC values was 0.08~2.5 g/L.
