气固催化法制备合成鱼腥草素中间体2-十一烷酮
Preparation of 2-Undecanone by Gas-Solid Catalysis
【摘要】 以冰乙酸和癸酸为原料,采用气固催化法一步制得合成鱼腥草素中间体2 十一烷酮.通过对载体和催化剂活性组分的研究,筛选到以硅胶为载体,以MgO为主催化剂、CeO2 等为助催化剂的二组分催化剂.最佳工艺条件为:反应温度390 ℃,反应物摩尔比n(冰乙酸)∶n(癸酸)=6∶1,空速为36 h-1.在此条件下,癸酸的转化率为100%,2 十一烷酮的最高摩尔产率为87.2%,选择性为87.2%.
【Abstract】 undecanone has been prepared by gas-solid catalysis, using acetic acid and capric acid as raw materials. Silica was selected as carrier, and MgO was selected as major active composition of the catalyst.The optimum reaction conditions:reaction temperature is (390℃,)n(acetic acid)∶n(capric acid)=(6∶1,) space velocity is 36 h-1. Under these conditions, using MgO-CeO2/SiO2 as catalyst, the conversion of capric acid is 100%, the highest molar yield of 2-undecanone is 87.2% and the selectivity is 87.2%.
