新型电离层斜向返回探测系统接收机设计
Design of the HF Receiver for the New Type Lonospheric Oblique Backscattering Sounding System
【摘要】 设计了基于VXI总线的中频数字化短波雷达接收机,用于相位编码脉冲压缩雷达体制的新型电离层斜向返回探测系统.采用了真对数放大器和16位AD变换器实现大动态范围,正交数字双通道零中频匹配滤波处理信号,内置可闭锁接收机的高速电子开关.试验表明,真对数放大器能有效改善接收机动态范围;对比原系统使用过的VXI3250接收机性能指标,证明新接收机适合新一代系统探测需要.收发隔离和闭锁功能良好、结构紧凑、全软件操作控制.
【Abstract】 The peper design an VXIBus, IF digitized,HF Radar receiver. It is used in the new-type ionospheric oblique backscattering sounding system which bases on phase-coded coherent pulse train type and alternated receiving & transmitting mode. The resiever adopts true logarithmic amplifiers and a 16 bit A/D converter in IF for better SFDR, digital signal processing with quadrature I/Q channels on zero IF and matching filters, high speed switches shutting receiver. The TLA increases SFDR of the receiver which has been verified in practice. Compared with the performances and specifications of the VXI-3250 receiver used in original system, it is proved that the new receiver will be more fitful to the new system. Blanking of the receiver is well, Be operated complete software.
