【摘要】 1215年签署的《大宪章》(MAGNA CARTA)是英国历史上的重要文献。学者们一般只提及《大宪章》的封建权利和义务的意义,有的也引申到了对后来“自由”、“民主”思潮和运动的影响。笔者通过阅读《大宪章》的63款条文,发现《大宪章》认同了当时英国商业社会的现实,并对商业社会的各个方面予以了法律的框定。正因如此,《大宪章》对后来英国社会尤其是商业社会的发展产生了重大影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Magna Carta” was the most important document in English history.The most works concerning “Magna Carta” set forth its significance about feudal rights and duties.This article thinks development of primary commerce and industry in the Middle Age England was the background of the “Magna Carta”.
