【Abstract】 During historically three periods of the mid-1940s,the 1980s,the 1990s and the Millennium,both United Kingdom and Japan had chosen a series of educational policies to reform the traditional public education,providing space of public education.However,in globe situation,space of education publicly maintained is becoming not geometrically coordinating but fractal in respective geographical settings.A comparative study on English and Japanese policies can help us deeply understand the difference of educational discourses and modern educational mechanism behind space of public education.更多还原
