【摘要】 中印两国建国之初初等教育的发展水平相似,但是50年后中国的发展水平明显超过印度。究其背后的原因,影响因素是复杂的。政治、经济、社会文化等方面的因素阻碍了国家主导作用的发挥。中国应吸取印度的教训,为初等教育的进一步发展继续发挥并改进国家的强大作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 At the beginning of the foundation of the countries,China and India were at the similar level in the development of elementary education.But fifty years later,the level of elementary education in China obviously outstrips that of India.There are more complex elements underlying,such as politics,economics,social culture,etc.,which hinder the function of Indian government on the elementary education.China should learn lessons from India so as to enhance and improve the leading role of the government.更多还原
