【Abstract】 Flexible Learning has already been an inevitable trend of higher education reform throughout the world.However,it is confronted with conceptual obstacles,institutional obstacles and technical obstacles.These obstacles mainly include flexible learning overly depends on technology;flexible learning can not be recognized easily;actual management systems are not flexible;the difficulty is increased in controlling and evaluating the quality of education;the costs of implementing flexible learning may be very high.In order to implement flexible learning in China,it is very important for us to realize the obstacles in western developed countries.更多还原
