武钢码头钢管桩阴极保护

【摘要】 武钢工业港8、9号码头为高桩栈桥钢材外发码头,码头栈桥A、B排钢管桩下段长期浸泡在江水中,锈蚀严重,将危及码头安全使用。为了减缓钢管桩的腐蚀,对其施以外加电流的阴极保护措施,从而延缓钢管桩表面的腐蚀速度,延长码头钢管桩使用寿命。

【Abstract】 The No.8 and No.9 quays of the Industrial Port of WISCO are both the high peg loading stages for the purpose of delivering WISCO’s steel products.The lower parts of steel tube pegs in the A and B rows of the loading stages of the Port have been seriously corroded since they are permanently dipped in the water.As the results the safe service of the Port are jeopardized.In order to slow down the surface corrosion of the steel tube pegs the external current cathode protection measure has been taken to extend their service life.
