【摘要】 电工钢生产技术之复杂堪称钢铁产品中之最 ,工序质量的控制和成品出厂的性能检验项目之多和繁杂都需要有高质量的检测系统作保证 ,尤其在现代化大生产中 ,这种高质量的检验不仅要求数据准确可靠 ,还希望反馈快捷 ,具有可追溯性 ,具有便捷的可查询性 ,以及要求尽可能具备各类检测数据的综合分析归纳整理能力 ,以利用其信息充分指导生产。这一要求在信息化技术飞快发展的今天有望得到满足。

【Abstract】 The process quality control and property examination of the finish product of the silicon steel sheets can only be accomplished and guaranteed by high quality check and examination system since the manufacturing technology of the steels is very complicated and the items of process quality control and the product property examination are diversified and numerous.Particularly to-day in the modernized large-scale industrial production such a high quality examination system is not only required to be of higher reliability and accuracy in data processing,but also has to be more quickly responsible,retraceable and accessible as well as to be of higher analytical and inductive capability to various examination data in order to become a more advisable guide to the actual production.Today in an era of fast development of information technology this requirement can be met with soon very likely.
