【摘要】 目的:为了了解社区居民卫生服务需要和利用状况,开展社区诊断。方法:采用整群随机抽样法,对南京市12 878名居民进行入户调查。结果:社区居民慢性病患病率为26．6％,60岁以上居民患2种及2种以上疾病的患病率为64．0％,隐性高血压患病率为14．8％,高血压病人药物控制率为35．4％,社区居民的两周患病率、就诊率和年住院率分别为30．8％、13．0％和6．9％。结论:提示应尽快发展社区卫生服务,开展慢性病的社区预防工作,提高卫生服务的利用率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To understand health service demand and utilization among the community inhabitants and take community diagnosis. Methods: We surveyed 12 878 community inhabitants in Nanjing. Resulths: The total prevalence rate of the chronic diseases was 26.6%. The total prevalence rate of inhabitants suffering from more than two diseases was 64.0%. The prevalence rate of latent hypertension was 14.8%. The control rate of blood pressure was 35.4% among hypertension patients. The disease prevalence rate in the past wto weeks was 30.8%. The rate of seeking medical advice in the past two weedks was 13.0%.The rate of being in hospital in the past one year was 6.9%. Conclusion: The community health care must be developed. Prevention of the chronic disease should be taken in the community. Utilization of health service must be improved.更多还原
