【Abstract】 The indemnity plan is very important for the operation and policy aim of New Rural Cooperative Medical System (NRCMS). As the scheme developing, new problems emerging and the data, information accumulating, the indemnity plan needs steadily adjusting. In this paper, Weighted TOPSIS method was used to evaluate the standby indemnity plans of a NRCMS pilot county of Jiangsu province, and a new plan was decided.
