【摘要】 降低医院药品费用是当前卫生改革的主要任务之一,为此,从确保医院医疗支出得到完全弥补并实现收支平衡的角度,研制并运用定量公式,对目前医院“药品结余的合理程度”进行了定量论证和分析,并据此提出相应的控制策略或措施。对医院“药品结余的合理程度”进行分析与界定,可在目前“以药补医”政策下,为确定医院应取得多少药品收益提供定量的方法依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to control drug expenditure efficiently, from the point of view ensuring hospitals medicine expenditure being mended completely and ensuring hospitals to make both ends meet, rational degree of drug balance of hospitals is argued and analyzed on the basis of quantitative formulas are developed in this paper. At the same time , the corresponding control strategy and measures are put forward. Analyzing and making certain rational degree of drug balance of hospitals offers a quantitative method fixing on the amount of drug balance that a hospital should gain according the current policy of using drug income to mend medicine loss.更多还原
