【摘要】 利用“中国农村互助医疗社会实验研究”项目的资料,采用欧洲五维度健康量表(EQ-5D量表)对西部农村居民的健康相关生命质量(HRQOL)进行测量,分析农村居民健康相关生命质量的分布特征,探索农村居民HRQOL的潜在影响因素。主要结果包括:西部农村居民HRQOL相对较低,VAS(健康指数)为67.2;疼痛/不舒服和焦虑/沮丧是西部农村居民HRQOL方面存在的主要问题;年龄、文化程度和社会资本是影响农村居民HRQOL的主要潜在因素。研究根据以上结果提出了提高西部农村HRQOL的策略和措施,为制定农村卫生政策提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using the data from"China rural mutual health care social experimental study",we analyzed the rural population health related qulity of life(HRQOL)using EQ 5D instrument.The results showed,rural population health related quality of life is relatively low(VAS scor is 67.2);and the Pain/Discomfort and Anxiety/Deprerssion are the major problems.Age,Education,and social capital are the main potential factors that influence rural population health related quality of life.In addition,evidence based strategies are put forward to improve the HRQOL in west rural population.更多还原
