【Abstract】 In order to explore the major factors influencing the effects and satisfaction on the accomplishment of the policy-tendering for drugs purchase,we adopted quantitative and qualitative methods to carry out research among some pharmacies and hospitals.The result of the quantitative analysis demonstrated that:the major influencing factors are:effective and efficacy of government function,tendering through internet,the operation capacity of agent institutions,rationality of drug pricing,the standardization of pharmaceutical enterprises as well as the accomplishment of related policies on drug purchase.The author put forward that:the key to straighten out the chaotic situation of drug circulation lies in the effectiveness and efficacy of government function and rationality of drug pricing.更多还原
