【摘要】 本文给出了变频空调总体设计方案和设计参数,并在此基础上给出了包括功率变换电路、开关电源及单片机控制电路在内的电气控制系统的硬件电路设计。根据室内机和室外机功能, 给出了室内机和室外机软件框图,压缩机和电子膨胀阀采用模糊控制策略。所研制的电气控制系统,提高了变频空调的可靠性和性价比。

【Abstract】 After Describing the whole design scheme and designed - parameter of the variable - frequency air - condition, the paper gives out the design of the hardware unit of the electric control system, which includes the power conversion unit, switch power and microcomputer. The software procedures of the indoor unit and the outdoor unit are designed according to their functions. Furthermore, the fuzzy -control strategy is adopted to control the working status of the compressor and electronic expansion valve. It has been indicated that the electric control system designed improves many characteristics of the variable -frequency air - condition, such as high reliability operation, good performance and low price.
