镁合金轴筒件直接挤压铸造的研究
Magnesium Alloy Beam-barrel Parts in Direct Squeezing Casting
【摘要】 针对交通工具用镁合金轴筒件形状简单、壁厚较厚的结构特点和强韧性较高的性能要求,制订了直接挤压铸造试验方案并设计了可在普通液压机上使用的挤压铸造模具。在浇注温度650℃、挤压压力80MPa的条件下,制得了表面质量良好、内部致密、无气孔疏松、可热处理的轴筒铸件。通过380℃×2h+410℃×16h固溶处理与200℃×20h人工时效处理,调整了β-Mg17Al12相的数量与分布,铸件平均布氏硬度达到97。
【Abstract】 According to the characteristics of simple shape and thick-walled of the Mg alloy beam-barrel parts,adirect squeezing casting schematic was set to meet the requirements of high-strength and ductility.The heat treatable beam-barrel Mg alloy parts were manufactured with the pouring temperalure at 650 ℃ and extrusive pressure at 80 MPa by using the designed squeezing casting mould suitable for conventional hydraulic press.Solid solution and artificial ageing can improve the strength and plasticity of the beam-barrel Mg alloy parts.
