铝合金再生炉电磁搅拌的模拟分析
Simulation Analysis of Electromagnetic Stirring for Al Alloy
【摘要】 铝合金废料在回收熔化过程中容易受到空气的氧化 ,影响铝合金的品质 ,而且容易引起密度不均 ,需要进行搅拌来改善铝合金废料的品质。电磁搅拌是一种比较理想的搅拌方式。通过对搅拌器的磁场和流场的模拟及对电磁搅拌器在具有不同相位角时熔体的受力情况和流动情况的模拟 ,得出了电磁搅拌器的最佳工艺参数 ,即当两组线圈的相位角均为90° ,频率为 15~ 2 0Hz时 ,能够得到最佳的搅拌效果。
【Abstract】 It is needed to improve the quality of scrap aluminum alloy by stirring because of the easy oxidation during remelting process influencing the quality and resulting in uneven density distribution.It is an ideal method to stirring by electromagnetic stirring.The optimized parameters,including 90° phase angle between two sets coils,frequency of 15~20 Hz,for electromagnetic stirrer can be obtained by the simulation of magnetic field and flow field in the stirrer,which provides a referrence for practical production.
