杂质元素Fe对铸造铝合金YL102电导率的影响
Effects of Impurity Fe on the Electric Conductivity of YL102 Alloy
【摘要】 研究了杂质元素Fe对铸造铝合金YL10 2电导率的影响。结果表明Si对铸造铝合金电导率产生不利的影响 ,对电导率要求高的铸件应选用Si的含量较低的铸造铝合金。铸造铝合金YL10 2中Fe的含量增高会使得铸件的电导率下降 ,对电导率要求较高的铸件应严格控制原材料中Fe的含量 ,另外在生产中要采取措施防止铝合金增铁 ,确保YL10 2中Fe的质量分数不高于 1.0 %
【Abstract】 Effects of impurity Fe on electric conductivity of YL102 alloy were examined.It was found that the alloy with low Si content should be selected to produce castings with higher conductivity because of the detriment of Si to the conductivety.Fe content in raw materials should be controlled strictly for the Al alloy castings with higher conductivity due to the increase of Fe content resulting in the decrease in electric conductivity.Additionally,measures must be taken to prevent the alloy from Fe content increase in order to ensure Fe content in YL102 alloy lower than 1%.
