电磁波屏蔽橡胶的线性电阻特性研究

【摘要】 研究了华光炭黑及N234炭黑填充的屏蔽硅橡胶的线性电阻特性。发现当橡胶具有最大的线性电阻特性时,其导电性与力学性能具有最佳的结合点,并由此确定了N234和HG-1B的最佳填充量。同时对其屏蔽及导电机理作出了比较合理的理论模型解释。

【Abstract】 Linear resistance characteristic of shielding silicone rubber filled with HG-1B and N234 had been studied. The results showed that when Δ R/R0 had the extremum, the conductivity and mechanical properties of the rubber achieved the optimized binding site and the best content of both HG-1B and N234 were determined. The shielding and conductive mechanism of the complex silicone rubber with carbon black had been explained reasonably by means of a theoretical model.
