温度对钢管混凝土承载能力影响的分析
Temperature Effect Analysis of Steel Pipe Concrete Bearing Capacity
【摘要】 本文论述了钢管混凝土的优点 ,分析了其不能被充分利用的主要原因 ,一是混凝土干缩所引起钢管和混凝土的离析作用 ,二是外界温度作用下 ,钢管和混凝土膨胀不同所造成的间隙。文中还对钢管混凝土的各受力阶段和应力进行了分析 ,找出微裂缝与钢管混凝土破坏的关系以及温度对钢管混凝土受压构件承载力的影响 ,最后提出了采用自应力钢管混凝土的解决办法。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces the advantages of steel pipe concrete,analyses the reason for its insafficient utilization,the main first is the shrinkage of concrete making separation between steel pipe and concrete,second under open air temperature,the different expansion coefficient between steel pipe and concrete and gap is existed.From loading stage and stress analysis of steel pipe and concrete,try to find the relationship of fine crack and damage of steel pipe concrete against effect of temperature to steel pipe concrete subjected compressive loading and finally the third,adopting self-prestressed concrete pipe to solve this problem.
