【摘要】 SARS的突然发生使得国内许多体育赛事受到影响 ,由此引起对北京 2 0 0 8奥运会可能面临的突发事件的重视。奥运会面临的突发事件是一种风险 ,本文基于奥运会诸多突发事件的历史事实 ,从风险管理的角度出发 ,分析了奥运会突发事件的种类 ,探讨了北京 2 0 0 8奥运会应对突发事件的风险管理措施 ,这些措施主要包括全面贯彻《奥林匹克宪章》精神、安全管理、保险、制定应对突发事件的应急计划、设置突发事件的管理机构 ,进行有关人员的培训和确保传播渠道的畅通等。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Emergence of SARS effects many competitions of China, which causes great attention of emergency that Beijing 2008 Olympic Games probably faced. The emergency that the Olympic Games faced is a kind of risk. Based on many historic fact of Olympic Game’s emergency, from the side of risk management, we analyze the kind of Olympic Games’ emergency, and discuss the risk management measures that Beijing 2008 Olympic Games can use to front emergency.
