【Abstract】 By means of questionnaire survey, interview and observation, the authors studied the development of sports culture construction in small towns in Hunan province in a social period when people are living a relatively comfortable life, including the concept of sports culture, the structure and system of sports organization, the activities of mass sports culture, sports fields and facilities, etc. In accordance with the requirements of the state for small town construction, the authors established a theoretical framework of the development of sports culture construction in small towns in Hunan province in a social period when people are living a relatively comfortable life, and brought forward the instructional guidelines, overall objectives, basic tasks and strategic measures for promoting the development of sports culture construction in small towns in Hunan province.更多还原
