沼液中全氮含量的影响因素试验研究

【摘要】 利用BIOF-2010型生物发酵罐等试验仪器,测定了发酵温度、原料浓度、搅拌速度、接种量和pH值等不同发酵工艺条件参数对沼液中全氮含量的影响。实验结果表明:原料浓度对全氮的影响较为明显,增大接种量可加大沼液中全氮含量的变化幅度,pH7时,测定出的全氮含量变化幅度较大。

【Abstract】 Anaerobic fermentation slurry was produced by BIOF - 2010 Biological Fermentation Tank and fermentation conditions were controlled automatically. The content of total nitrogen was measured each day to determine how the changes of fermentation conditions such as fermentation temperature, concentration, rate of stir, inoculation dose and pH value affect total nitrogen content in anaerobic fermentation slurry. Experimental results showed that the concentration affects total nitrogen obviously and increscent inoculation dose can increase amplitude of fluctuation on total nitrogen content in anaerobic fermentation slurry. When pH value is 7, amplitude of fluctuation on total nitrogen content tested will be fairsized.
