【Abstract】 The regional relations of resource development and utilization are not only to complete resource allocation,but also to include complicated benifit of devision,development of conflict as well as social equity and all that.The implementation of resource allocation which can produce greate influence,especially south-north water transfer project,west-east gas pipeline project,north-south coal transfer project and west-east coal transfer project and so forth,needs more attention to regional relations and deals with them well.更多还原
