c-fos基因在运动训练增强学习记忆能力中的作用及其机制
Effect and Mechanism of c-fos Gene on Enhancing Memorial Ability of Learning in Exercise Training
【摘要】 研究表明,长期适宜的运动训练可以提高人和动物的学习记忆能力,但对于适宜运动训练影响学习记忆的作用机制还不清楚。随着分子生物学的发展,人们已经了解到一些与学习记忆有关的基因及其功能。如即刻早期基因cfos,它通过影响转录和翻译控制进而影响学习记忆能力,因此引起了人们的广泛重视,并逐渐将其作为学习记忆功能的客观指标之一。根据已有的相关报道,探究cfos基因在运动训练增强学习记忆能力中的作用及其机制。结果发现,适宜的运动训练促进学习记忆能力的机制很可能与引起cfos基因的表达有关。
【Abstract】 The study revealed that long-tern optimal exercise training could improve the memorial ability of learning,but the mechanism of this process was unclear.With the development of molecular biology,people had got to know something of learning memory related to gene and it’s function such as immediate-early gene c-fos.It affected the learning memory through influencing the transcription and translation,thereby arousing the extensive recognition and becoming one of the objective guideline.According to already known report,this paper studied the effect and mechanism of c-fos gene on enhancing memorial ability of learning in exercise training.The result showed that the mechanism of optimal exercise training enhancing the memorial ability of learning would probably relate to the expression of c-fos gene.
