【摘要】 目的:探讨女子柔道、摔跤运动性疲劳的中医证候特征及其与生理生化指标的关系;方法:对女子柔道、摔跤运动员大负荷训练后的疲劳进行生理生化监控,周一晨空腹测试血红蛋白(Hb)、尿素氮(BU N)、磷酸肌酸激酶(CK)、睾酮(T)、皮质醇(C) ,同时,运用中医四诊法进行辨证分析,通过纵向追踪分阶段评定,将运动性疲劳分为生理疲劳(PF)及过度训练(OT)。结果:大负荷训练后,无论疲劳与否,舌质舌形大多正常,但瘦薄舌占有一定比例;OT时则出现淡白舌、胖大舌;疲劳时舌苔以薄黄为多,其次为薄白及白厚腻,而无疲劳时则以薄白为主,其次为白厚腻及薄黄。中医分析显示,运动性疲劳以气虚和阴虚为主,同时不同程度兼夹湿浊或气滞等。病位分析显示,主要在脾、肾、心、肝,不同证型之间Hb存在显著差异(P<0 .1 0 ) ,以气血双亏型最低;BUN及CK气虚型偏低,而气阴双亏型偏高,不过各证型间差异并无显著性(P>0 .1 0 )。统计各型间BU N/Hb比值则差异有显著性(P<0 .1 0 ) ,其中气虚和阳虚型比值低,而气阴双亏时最高。主要结论:女子柔道、摔跤运动性疲劳以气虚和阴虚为主,病位主要在脾、肾、心、肝,不同证型与Hb、BUN、CK间存在一定相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper discussed the feature of traditional Chinese medicine and relation of physiological and biochemical index of female judoka and wrestler sports fatigue.Sports fatigue in female judoka and wrestler during intensive training were monitored not only by biochemical markers including hemoglobin,blood urea nitrogen,serum creatine kinase,testosterone,cortisol,but also by method of traditional Chinese medicine.The result showed that after intensive training,most of tongue proper and profile were normal,but there existed some pale tongue and enlarged tongue when over training.In tongue coating,the thin yellow tongue coating was most common during fatigue.Traditional Chinese medicine differentiation of syndrome showed that Qi and Yin deficiency were the primary syndrome,and some accompanied dampness and stagnation of Qi.The location of sports fatigue was mainly on spleen,kidney,heart,liver.Hemoglobin was significantly lower in deficiency of both Qi and Blood.Blood urea nitrogen and serum creatine kinase was lower in deficiency of Qi,higher in deficiency of both Qi and Yin,there were no significant difference among them.The main syndrome for female judoka and wrestler was deficiency of Qi and Yin.The location of sports fatigue was mainly on spleen,kidney,heart,liver.There existed relation between traditional Chinese medicine differentiation and biochemical markers hemoglobin,blood urea nitrogen,serum creatine kinase.更多还原
