【摘要】 采用问卷调查,访谈,数理统计等方法,对上海市重点项目后备人才培养的现状进行了分析。结果表明1)上海市重点项目后备人才培养中二线教练员偏少,部分项目教练员和运动员配比偏低;2 )上海市重点项目后备人才选拔范围主要以上海市为主,部分项目已经开始进行跨区域选材,选材中主观性因素所占的比例较大,选材的客观标准缺乏;3)上海市重点项目后备人才的培养经费以体育系统的拨款为主,部分球类项目有企业赞助;4 )缺少优秀后备人才,训练经费不足,训练场地得不到保障成为训练中存在的主要问题;比赛次数少,比赛经费不足,竞赛项目设置不合理成为竞赛中存在的主要问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through using the method of questionnaire investigation,interview and mathematical statistics,this paper made analysis on current condition of cultivation talent reserve in key events in Shanghai.The result showed that the key events were lack of coach of second line,the proportion of coach to athlete was low in some events.The selection for talent in key events mainly focuses on Shanghai,while some events selection for talent has begun across regions.The proportion of subjective factors is higher than that of objective in selection.The finance of talent reserve cultivation in key events mainly come from allocation of sports department,while some ball events were sponsored by enterprises.Lacking of elite talent and training place,short of training fund are the main problems in training,while less competition,short of competition fund and irrational event setting are the main problems in competition.更多还原
