【摘要】 介绍了热塑性聚酯弹性体的合成、性能、加工和应用。TPEE是由聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯硬段和聚醚或脂肪族聚酯软段组成的嵌段共聚物,具有优异的力学性能、热性能和耐化学介质性能,可在-70~200℃使用,采用挤出、注射、吹塑等成型工艺进行加工。TPEE广泛用于汽车、制造、体育、薄膜、生物材料及高分子改性剂等领域。

【Abstract】 The synthesis, property, processing and application of thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) were introduced in this paper.The TPEE which was prepared by block copolymerization and consisting of a hard segment of polybutylene terephthalate and a soft segment based on long chain polyether glycols has exceptional mechanical and thermal properties and good chemical reagent resistance. It can be used at -70?℃ to 200?℃. Extrusion, injection moulding, blow moulding and other processing methods are all fit for TPEE. TPEE can be widely applied to the industries of automotive, manufacture, gymnastics, film, biomaterial, polymer regulator and so on.
