ZnR2对镍催化体系合成高顺式聚丁二烯的影响

【摘要】 采用新的镍催化体系Ni(naph)2 Al(i Bu)3 ZnR2 BF3OEt2合成高顺式聚丁二烯,系统地研究了ZnR2的加入对聚合反应及其产物的影响。考查了聚合反应动力学,并对聚合产物进行了测试和表征。实验结果表明:在Ni Al B催化体系中加入ZnR2后,丁二烯的聚合反应速率略有降低,分子量分布逐渐变窄,顺1,4式的质量分数保持在96%以上,凝胶含量显著降低。

【Abstract】 High cis-1,4 polybutadiene was synthesized with Ni(naph)<sub>2-Al(i-Bu)3-ZnR<sub>2-BF3OEt2 catalyst system. The kinetics of butadiene polymerization was investigated and the polybutadiene was characterized by GPC, FTIR, etc. It was found that propagation rate of polymerization of butadiene decreased,the proportion of macromolecular increased and its distribution became narrower,cis-1,4 content retained over 96% without deteriorating; gel content of polybutadiene descended, comparing with Ni(naph)<sub>2-Al(i-Bu)3-BF3OEt2 catalyst system.
