利用中子感生瞬发γ射线分析水泥生料中的元素含量
The Element Composition Determination of Cement Raw Meal by Neutron-induced Prompt Gamma-ray Analysis
【摘要】 利用中子感生瞬发γ射线分析法(NIPGA)分析水泥生料中的元素含量。结果表明CaO、SiO2、Fe2O3和Al2O3的分析值和化学方法的测量值比,偏差分别小于0.60%、0.40%、0.40%和0.40%。此方法不仅分析速度快(15min检测一个样品),还能实现多元素的同时分析,是一种适应水泥工业现代化的分析方法。
【Abstract】 Neutron-induced prompt gamma-ray analysis(NIPGA) is a new method which suit the modernization of cement industry. It can analyze several elements at the same time. The analysis of a kind of cement sample can be completed in 15 minutes, which is faster than conventional chemical analysis. The error of CaO, SiO2, Fe2O3, and Al2O3 of the cement by NIPGA comporing with the chemical analysis are less than 0.60%,0.40%,0.40% and 0.40%, respectively.
