99Tcm示踪观察rt-PA对家兔脑卒中模型的溶栓效果
Thrombolytic Efficacy of rt-PA in Embolic Stroke of Rabbits by 99Tcm Trace
【摘要】 采用颈内动脉注射自体全血凝块形成家兔栓塞性脑卒中模型,应用99Tcm体内动态示踪,研究重组组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(Recombinant Tissue Plasminogen Activator,rt-PA)治疗血栓引起的栓塞性脑卒中的有效性。结果表明,在家兔栓塞性脑卒中模型上,静脉给予0.5、1 mg/kg rt-PA,能产生显著的渐进性溶栓作用。
【Abstract】 It is established that rabbit model of embolic stroke by injecting its thrombus into internal carotid.The therapy effect of recombinant tissue plasminogen activator（rt-PA） is studied by 99Tcm trace.The results indicat that the thrombolytic efficacy of rt-PA is potent when the rabbit model of embolic stroke treated is with 0.5,1 mg/kg rt-PA.
