【摘要】 目的研究复方芬太尼糊剂对人工流产术镇痛的可行性。方法160例要求人工流产孕妇随机分为两组。观察组给复方芬太尼糊剂,内含芬太尼8g/kg,东莨菪碱0.02mg/kg,溶于20g藕粉;对照组给藕粉糊剂20g。观察术中生理状态、VAS评分、宫口松弛程度及术后并发症,并采血测定COR,AI,AⅡ及血糖。结果观察组在术中生理状态、VAS评分、宫口松弛程度及术后并发症发生率方面明显优于对照组,但在术后恶心、呕吐方面则无显著差异。结论复方芬太尼糊剂对人工流产术的镇痛安全、有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of compound fentanyl magma analgesia for the operation of artificial abortion. Methods One hundred and sixty pregnant women aged 19-43 yr, pregnant 6-10 weeks accepted artificial abortion were randomly assigned to two groups. Research group were given compound fentanyl magma, including fentanyl 8 μg/kg body weight, scopolamine 0.02 mg/kg body weight, and lotus root starch 20 g; control group were given 20 g lotus root starch magma. During operation physiological condition, VAS(0-10), relaxation of uterine orifice and complications after operation were recorded, COR, AⅠ, AⅡ and GLU were measured. Results During operation physiological condition, VAS(0-10), relaxation of uterine orifice and complications after operation as well as COR, AⅠ, AⅡ and GLU were superior in research group than that in control group. But nausea and vomiting after operation were the same in two groups. Conclusion Compound fentanyl magma analgesia is a safe and efficient method for artificial abortion.更多还原
