【摘要】 目的比较两种阻滞方法分别配合中医推拿治疗肩周炎的疗效。方法肌间沟臂丛加痛点阻滞配合推拿为1组52例;肩胛上神经加痛点阻滞配合推拿为Ⅱ组48例。两组药物配方、推拿手法均相同。结果两种方法治疗肩周炎的优良率无统计学差异,但Ⅰ组治疗次数和推拿松解次数明显少于Ⅱ组.差异有统计学意义。结论(1)两种阻滞方法配合推拿是治疗肩周炎的有效方法;(2)臂丛阻滞下推拿治疗肩周炎功能障碍更具有优点且治疗次数少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the curative effects of two kinds of nerve block method combined with Chinese medicine massage to treat scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods Interscalene brachial plexus nerve block plus pain point block and massage were used in 52 cases (group I), suprascapular nerve block plus pain point block and massage in 48 cases (group Ⅱ). Drug composition for nerve block and the method of massage were all the same in the two groups. Results The good rates of the two kinds of block method to treat the scapulohumeral periarthritis were similar, but the treatment course was shorter in group I than in group Ⅱ significantly. Contusion (1)Two methods of nerve block combined with massage are all valid to treat the scapulohumeral periarthritis. (2) Brachial plexus nerve block combined with massage to treat the dysfunction of scapulohumeral periarthritis has more advantages and shorter treatment course .更多还原
