论我国咨询从业人员素质培养机制
Discussing the cultivation mechanism of reference practitioners in our country
【摘要】 本文就我国咨询业从业人员的现状出发,结合国外的咨询人员培训计划以及我国的具体国情,从宏观角度对我国咨询从业人员的素质培养体系进行了初步的探讨。
【Abstract】 Beginning with the status of our country’ s reference practitioners and the training programs overseas, this article discusses the training system to improve the levels of reference practitioners.
