【摘要】 从信息资源的有效配置方面分析馆际间横向资源共享的意义与优势,讨论横向资源共享存在的问题及产生的原因, 认为参与横向间馆际资源共建共享的各个图书馆应结成图书馆联盟,并委托第三方机构对共享项目进行管理,同时制定规章制度,完善资源共享机制,减少共享的成本,最终促进横向资源共享的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the meaning and advantages of the lateral resource sharing from the effective allocation among librar- ies,then it discusses the problems and reasons the lateral resource sharing emerges,It is considered in this paper that all libraries taken part in the lateral resource sharing should enter into an alliance and entrust the third organization with the management of the sha- ring program simutaneously.In order to launch smooth resource sharing activities,regulations need be constituted,for the improvement of the mechanism of resource sharing and the cost reduction.更多还原
