添加碳纳米管丁苯粉末橡胶的制备

【摘要】 将碳纳米管与丁苯胶乳共混制成碳纳米管/丁苯胶乳悬浮液,通过喷雾干燥制得碳纳米管/丁苯粉末橡胶。考察不同进给量、不同进气温度及添加炭黑对喷雾干燥法制得的粉末橡胶及颗粒间隔离效果的影响。结果表明,在进给量为240mL/h、进气温度160℃时,制得的粉末橡胶分散隔离较好,加入适量炭黑得到的粉末橡胶成型和分散更好。

【Abstract】 The suspensions of Carbon Nanotubes(CNTs) were blended with the styre ne- butadiene rubber latex. CNTs/powder styrene- butadiene rubber composites w ere obtained through spraying drying method.The effects of feed rate,inlet tempe rature and carbon black on the powder rubber and separation between rubber parti cles through spray drying method were investigated. When the inlet temperature e quals to 160 ℃ , feed rate equals to 240 mL/h, the product powder rubber show good dispersion between particles. When added some carbon black, the powder rubb er particles show better separation and shape.
