骨料不同预热温度对阳极质量的影响

【摘要】 中铝公司贵州分公司炭素厂阳极生产用沥青软化点较高,沥青的粘度相应增大。R&D公司认为,为了使糊料质量提高,应相应的提高混捏温度。在试验室进行了骨料预热温度对阳极质量影响的研究,同时探讨了阳极生产原料及微量元素对阳极质量的影响。结果表明,在我厂阳极生产过程中,没有必要提高骨料的预热温度,阳极中的微量元素Na,F,Fe含量高,对阳极的反应性和使用寿命有影响。

【Abstract】 The softening point and the viscosity of the pitch for anode carbon b locks from the carbon plant of Guizhou Branch of CHALCO are higher. R&D Carbon (Swiss company) figured that the kneading temperature should be enhanced to gain high quality pastes. The effect of the preheating temperature of the aggregate on the quality of the anode carbon blocks is carried out in the Lab. The effect of the raw material and trace elements on the quality of the anode was discussed is discussed.The result shows that there is no necessary to increase preheating temperature of aggregates in the production of our anode carbon blocks.The effect of trace elements such as Na,F,Fe on the reactivity,use life of carbon anote is obtained.
