缩小数字鸿沟——图书馆的作用与举措
Narrowing the Digital Divide: Functions and Some Solutions of Libraries
【摘要】 数字鸿沟已成为一个严重的社会问题,引起世界各国政府的重视。本文分析我国的数字鸿沟现状,阐述图书馆缩小数字鸿沟的作用,并提出图书馆缩小数字鸿沟的举措。
【Abstract】 The digital divide is becoming a serious social problem,which makes all the countries all over the world play great attention.The present situation of the digital divide in China is analyzed.The functions of libraries are presented and some solutions are issued.
