【摘要】 在图书馆现代化建设中,各图书馆普遍存在技术力量薄弱的问题,开展馆际间的技术协作和建立图书馆联盟是解决这一问题的重要途径。

【Abstract】 In library modernization, each library has the technical problem with weak strength generally, develops the technical cooperation between house occasion with establishment library alliance is an important channel that solves this problem.
