The Digital Reference Service in Small & Medium-sized Libraries
【摘要】 介绍了数字参考咨询服务的定义和五种主要方式, 分析了中小型图书馆数字化参考咨询服务的现状, 并提出了发展思路。
【Abstract】 The article introduces the definition and 5 principal patterns of the digital reference service, analyzes the current situation and expounds the development ways of small & medium-sized libraries.
