NaHSO3对小麦生殖生长时期氮素代谢的影响

【摘要】 在盆栽条件下,研究喷施亚硫酸氢钠(NaHSO3)对小麦生殖生长时期光合速率、光呼吸速率及氮素代谢的影响。结果表明:小麦旗叶光呼吸速率与光合速率表现为平行变化,且始终保持为光合速率的30%左右,其变化相对光合速率变化滞后约1h;喷施NaHSO3可以抑制小麦旗叶光呼吸从而提高光合速率,最适喷施浓度为10mmol L-1;喷施NaHSO3虽然可以提高小麦碳素同化,增加籽粒产量,但却不利于氮素同化,造成籽粒蛋白质含量下降。

【Abstract】 Under field conditions,the effect of spraying NaHSO3 on photosynthesis rate,photorespiration rate and nitrogen metabolism of wheat at reproductive stage were studied.Results showed that photorespiration rate always varied in correspondence with photosynthesis rate.There existed a ratio between the two: the former was roughly 30% of the latter.And it was found that photorespiration rate varied with 1h of delay after photosynthesis rate.The photorespiration rate was inhibited and the photosynthesis rate was increased by spraying NaHSO3.The optimum concentration of spraying was 10mmol L-1.Spraying NaHSO3 on wheat increased carbon assimilation of wheat and the yield of grain,however,nitrogen assimilation declined,which might result in the decrease of protein content in kernel.
