CO2泡沫压裂液粘弹性与触变性的表征研究

【摘要】 文章针对低效油气藏存在低压、水敏等问题,开发了CO2泡沫压裂液技术。该压裂液以气液两相组成,外相为液态交联瓜尔胶,内相为气态二氧化碳。实验仪器为控制应力流变仪,分析了CO2泡沫压裂液的流变学特性,包括泡沫流体的粘弹性和触变性,并采用粘弹-触变性本构方程描述典型的泡沫压裂液流体的触变环,采用广义Maxwell粘弹性本构方程描述泡沫压裂液流体的粘弹性。泡沫压裂液同时具有剪切变稀、粘弹性和触变性, 采用5个参数粘弹触变性本构方程可描述典型的泡沫压裂液流体的触变环,用广义Maxwell粘弹性本构方程可描述泡沫压裂液流体的粘弹性,模型计算值与实验值吻合良好,本构方程具有良好的适应性。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the problems of low pressure and water sensitivity of low effective reservoirs, CO2 foam-fracturing fluid is developed. The fracturing fluid consists of both gas and liquid phases. The outer phase is cross-linked guar gum of liquid state and the inner phase is carbon dioxide of gas state. With stress-controlling rheometer, the rheolog-ical characteristics of CO2 foam fracturing fluid are analyzed, including visco-clasticity and thixotropy of the foam fluid. Also, the constructive equation of visco-elasticity and thixotropy is used to describe the hysteresis loops. The constructive equation of the general Maxwell visco-elasticity is used to describe the visco-elasticity of the foam-fracturing fluid. The foam-fracturing fluid possesses thinning property by shear, visco-clasticity and thixotropy. The constructive e-quation of visco-elasticity and thixotropy with 5 parameters can be used to describe the hysteresis loops of typical foam-fracturing fluids. The constructive equation of the general Maxwell visco-elasticity can be used to describe the visco-elasticity of the foam-fracturing fluid. The data calculated by the model couple with the data from experiments very well. The constructive equations have good suitability.
