基于模糊物元理论评价油气管道沿线土壤腐蚀性

【摘要】 土壤腐蚀性常规评价方法由于其分级界线都是确定的,往往会漏失一些有用信息,有时甚至会导致错误的结论。为此,基于模糊物元理论提出了评价油气管道沿线土壤腐蚀性的方法。该方法结合贴近度的概念,既考虑了土壤腐蚀因素本身的模糊性,又考虑了各因素间的不相容性,据此可对油气管道沿线土壤腐蚀性进行综合评价。同时,该方法还可以确定土壤腐蚀影响因素的权重,从而促使在防腐设计和采取防护措施时能充分、重点考虑这些权重较大的土壤腐蚀影响因素。采用该方法对四川输气北干线沿线土壤腐蚀性进行了评价,所得结果与实际情况完全吻合。

【Abstract】 The conventional evaluation methods of soil corrosion on the basis of definite classifying line often lose some useful information, and sometimes even cause wrong conclusions. Therefore, based on the theory of fuzzy material-element analysis, the method to evaluate soil corrosion along oil/gas pipeline is proposed. Combining with the concept of approaching degree, the method considers both the illegibility of soil corrosive factors and the incompatibility of various factors. Applying the method, the comprehensive evaluation of soil corrosion along oil/gas pipeline can be conducted. Meanwhile, with the method the weights of soil corrosion factors can be determined. And the soil corrosion factors with bigger weight will be taken into account more attentively in the antisepsis design and safeguard measures. Applying the method, the evaluation of soil corrosion is conducted for the north gas transmission trunk pipeline in Sichuan. The obtained results match the real situation very well.
