调制式旋转导向钻井工具控制阀力学模型及仿真分析
MECHANICAL MODEL AND SIMULATION ANALYSIS OF THE CONTROL VALVE OF MODULATION ROTARY STEERING DRILLING TOOL
【摘要】 设计调制式旋转导向钻井工具控制阀的关键问题之一是上盘阀高压孔的设计。通过对调制式旋转导向钻井工具液压盘阀机构的工作原理、力学模型的理论和仿真分析,给出了上盘阀高压孔圆心角的最优设计参数;讨论了充液、泄液滞后时间对巴掌支撑力的影响,提出了调制式旋转导向钻井工具控制阀机械设计和控制的理论依据。
【Abstract】 One of the key problems of designing the control valve of modulation rotary steering drilling tool is the design of high pressure hole of upside valve. According to the work principle, mechanical model theory and simulation analysis of the hydraulic control valve of the drilling tool, the optimal design parameters of the angle of center of circle of the high pressure hole of upside valve are proposed; the influence of the charging and discharging lag times on palm supporting capacity is discussed; and the theoretic basis of designing the control valve of the drilling tool is put forward in the paper.
