基于环境火用经济学的分布式能源系统设计与运行优化策略研究
STUDY ON OPTIMIZED DESIGN AND OPERATION STRATEGY OF ENVIRONOMICS FOR DISTRIBUTED ENERGY SYSTEM
【摘要】 分布式能源系统(DES)是已商业化的天然气最佳能源利用方式。文章以分布式能源系统为背景,采用热力学量火用作为能源—经济—环境间定量联系的纽带,对系统的环境效应进行量化和定量分析。在此基础上,综合考虑了热力学、经济学以及环境目标优化,开发建立了DES的环境火用经济优化模型,将环境效应融入 DES的优化设计和运行之中,探讨了DES系统的环境火用经济学建模及设计与运行的优化求解策略。案例分析结果表明:所提出的环境火用经济建模方法和优化策略能有效解决 DES系统的评价与设计运行的优化问题;污染物排放费用标准的制定和选取对整个DES系统规划设计、设备选型、操作变量优化有着很大影响。因此制定科学合理的污染物排放标准,对于天然气利用和实现分布式能源系统分析优化中经济效益与生态环境效益的协调发展意义重大。
【Abstract】 Distributed energy system (DES) is the best commercial way to use natural gas. Being a linkage of energy, economy and environment, energy is used as a quantitative measure of environmental impacts. Based on the environomics theory, the environmental impacts are considered in the optimized design and operation of DES. The optimized model of DES environomics is developed. The optimized solution strategy is discussed for model building, design and operation of DES environomics. Case study shows the proposed way is effective for model building and optimization strategy of DES. The composition and selection of pollution emission standards have great influence on program projection, equipment choice and operation optimization. Therefore, it has great significance to compose scientific and reasonable pollution emission standards for the gas utilization and the harmonic development of economic and ecological benefits in DES optimization.
