煤对多组分气体吸附特征研究

【摘要】 通过3种不同煤级煤样对纯组分CO2、CH4和N2气体和不同配比浓度的80%CH4+20%CO2、80% CH4+20%N2、50%CH4+50%N2和20%CH4+80%N2二元混合气的等温吸附实验,探讨了煤对混合气体的吸附 特征及混合气体中各组分的吸附特征;分析了多组分气体实验中游离相中气体组分变化规律。认为:①不同煤级 煤对多组分气体的吸附等温线形状和其单组分的曲线相似;②混合体系中煤的吸附特性受吸附质气体原始含量、 物理化学性质和煤的变质程度控制;③组分在气相中的含量越高,其吸附量就越小,其它组分降低某一组分的吸附 量因其吸附性质的不同影响程度不同。本工作为煤层气注气提高采收率提供了理论依据和实验数据。

【Abstract】 On the basis of the experiments of the single component gases (CO 2, CH 4 and N 2)’ and their binary mixed gases’ being isothermally adsorbed by the coal samples with three different coal ranks, the coal-mixed gas adsorption characteristics and coal-single component (in mixed gas) adsorption characteristics are discussed, and the change laws of the free gases in multicomponent gas experiments are analyzed in the paper. It is pointed out that ① the shape of adsorption isothermal line of different rank coals-multicomponent gas is similar to that of different rank coal-simple component gas; ② the adsorption characteristics of coal in mixed gas system are controlled by gas initial content and physicochemical property as well as coal metamorphic grade; ③ the higher the one component content in gas phase, the smaller the amount of gas’ being adsorbed; and ④ the degree of affecting one component adsorption amount’s being reduced by the other component is different because of the difference in adsorption property. This study provides a theoretical basis and experimental data for enhancing coalbed methane recovery by gas injection.
