油气混输管流中压降和持液率的影响因素分析
INFLUENCING FACTOR ANALYSIS OF PRESSURE DROP AND LIQUID HOLDUP IN OIL GAS MIXED PHASE FLOW
【摘要】 在油气两相管流中, 压降和持液率的计算在工艺计算中占有重要的地位。采用实例计算通过曲线图的方式研究了影响压降和持液率的主要因素, 表明: 对于低粘度原油温度、管径、管路粗糙度、气液相流量等对压降和持液率的影响都较大。
【Abstract】 In two-phase oil and gas flow, the calculation of pressure drop and liquid holdup plays an important rule in technological calculation. The main factors influencing pressure drop and liquid holdup have been studied by adopting example for calculation and through the fashion of curve chart, showing that for low viscosity crude, temperature, pipe diameter, pipe roughness and gas-liquid phase flow rate etc have all greater influence to pressure drop and liquid holdup.
